Business Analyst
Avenga is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. Our client is a leading oil and gas company. Our project is a platform for managing users, aimed at enhancing business efficiency by modernizing authentication and authorization processes.
As a Middle Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing clients’ requirements, documenting and effectively communicating requirements under senior supervision to ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and process improvements for the best solutions.
What you bring along:
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst;
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and approaches;
- Thorough understanding the functionality and elements of the system or systems affected by the project;
- Practical experience in requirements management process
- Knowledge of Change Management;
- Familiar with User Access Management;
- Experience with User Authentication (MFA, SSO);
- Good analytical and evaluative skills in tasks;
- Ability to plan, organize, and structure work;
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience launching a product from scratch.
This is your mission:
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs;
- Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results;
- Stay current with customer needs and strategies;
- Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level;
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions;
- Contribute to project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan);
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements;
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.
