Cologne, 07/01/24 – Avenga announced today that Ludovic Gaudé has been appointed as its new CEO. The company, headquartered in Cologne, is focused on digital transformation and custom software development. It employs over 3,500 highly skilled professionals and has a significant global delivery footprint. This planned transition comes after KKCG acquired the IT service provider in February. Ludovic Gaudé also heads the European investment and innovation group’s subsidiary Qinshift. Avenga and Qinshift are being merged into a joint structure, creating a single organization with around 7,000 employees from 1 January 2025.
Ludovic Gaudé is based in Munich. As CEO of Qinshift and Avenga, he sets the strategic direction, develops the leadership team, promotes company culture, and crafts business development to foster unwavering growth. His background is in various global management roles in public, fast-growing companies such as Nokia and Google for 15 years, and chief executives’ roles in small to mid-size tech companies for 15 years, most recently at Intive, where he also assumed the position of CEO.
Ludovic Gaude said: “I am honored to step into the role of CEO at Avenga. We are embarking on an exciting journey as we prepare to merge with Qinshift by the end of 2024, creating a global consultancy and engineering powerhouse together. I appreciate the strong foundation and groundwork that Yuriy Adamchuk has laid, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. Together with our talented employees, our valued clients, and stakeholders, we will shape the next chapter of our success.”
Yuriy Adamchuk said: “My experience at Avenga was nothing short of extraordinary. It was a journey that demanded the stamina of a marathon runner and the speed of a sprinter. Reaching my personal finish line with Avenga, marked by a successful exit to KKCG at the end of 2023, is just a stepping stone for the company. I am confident that the new chapter of Avenga will be marked by many more successful accomplishments. To all members of the Avenga crew, I’m so grateful to each and every one of you, and I wish you nothing but the best for your future. Over the next six months, I will be supporting Ludovic and his new team by sharing my knowledge and experience.”
