We are working in two Scrum teams. Our team has all the necessary roles: backend developers (Java), frontend developers (React), an architect, testers, and a product owner. Thanks to an autonomous approach, we can decide on the technologies used during software development and have an impact on the entire program. We seek an experienced Java Backend Developer to strengthen our team, improve existing solutions, and design new functionalities.
This is your mission
- Creating and developing the backend of an application using Java technology
- Designing and implementing new functionalities
- Collaborating with the frontend team, architects, testers, and the product owner
- Maintaining existing solutions and optimizing code
- Participating in scrum meetings and actively contributing to planning and code reviews
What you bring along
- At least 3 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java (21) and Spring Boot
- Experience with REST API, Git, SQL, JUnit, and mocking libraries
- Understanding of the full web application development process (design, development, deployment)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to occasionally visit the office in Wrocław if necessary
