Avenga is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer (React) to join our team. Our customer is the leading data company that helps to create a responsible marketing environment by enabling transparent, content-level targeting and measurement across the walled garden platforms.
What you bring along:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development using React;
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including modern ECMAScript features;
- Experience with Redux, GraphQL, Material UI, and unit testing;
- Familiarity with tools and practices such as Auth0, Relay, Looker, Accessibility, and Internationalization;
- Practical experience with Node.js (express.js, server-side rendering);
- Working knowledge of agile development methodologies;
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with technologies such as GCP, AWS, Kafka and Elasticsearch;
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows, particularly using GitHub Actions;
- Experience with Sass, Babel, and Webpack for building modern web applications.
This is your mission:
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive front-end applications using React;
- Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to create seamless user experiences;
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring comprehensive unit and E2E test coverage;
- Contribute to architectural decisions and the ongoing improvement of the codebase and processes;
- Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices;
- Leverage cutting-edge tools and frameworks to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
