We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our data visualization and analytics capabilities to leading institution in the banking and financial sector, dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional services to our clients.
As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with various teams to transform data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This is your mission
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Integrate data from various sources, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle Cloud, and Clickhouse, into Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models to ensure efficient and accurate data retrieval;
- Create and maintain complex DAX formulas to support business logic in Power BI reports.
- Implement testing procedures to ensure data consistency and accuracy in Power BI dashboards.
- Document the development process, standards, and best practices for Power BI solutions.
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
- Work closely with data engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
What you bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong expertise in Power BI and Power BI Server.
- Proficient in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, and Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with Clickhouse and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Airbyte.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in building and documenting BI solutions.
- Experience with Grafana for real-time monitoring and visualization
