We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to support collaboration tools and the application suite. In this position, you will be responsible for daily support of our users, maintaining the tool, and working with the Team on application improvements to serve the Organization in the most efficient way.
This is your mission
- Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk).
- Support Team in creating Jira Workflows, custom fields and projects customizations to meet business needs.
- Occasionally conduct trainings for employees on JIRA and share the new functionalities.
- Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage.
- Manage Jira Service Desk and solve daily issues raised by users, as well as providing guidance on all Atlassian Tools.
What you bring along
- Experience in working with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk).
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with JQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of any Agile methodologies.
