This is your mission
- Providing 3rd line functional and technical advice to internal end-users;
- Troubleshooting application issues;
- Resolving and escalating issues in the Service Management tool;
- Cooperating with other company support teams;
- Supporting new version releases;
- Running trainings for application Super Users;
- Writing knowledge base articles.
What you bring along
- IT background;
- Problem solving skills;
- Advanced English;
- Customer focus;
- Experience in help desk /customer service;
- Experience in using Service Management tools (Service-now/HPSM/JIRA/other);
- SQL knowledge.
