My team serves as a connection point between our clients and our engineering and delivery teams during the presale stage. We are responsible for initial understanding of the client's business needs,estimating the project and creating the proposal. To put it simply, we answer two main client’s questions - How much the project will cost and How long it will take. My main focus is to ensure both client and engineering team are ready to start working together.
