Senior Platform Engineer
Avenga is seeking a Senior Engineer with comprehensive DevOps expertise, strong front-end skills, and solid experience with API development to join our team. Our client is a prominent global company specializing in healthcare research.
In this role, you will contribute to the company’s Developer Platform, where you will play a key role in empowering developers to easily access and utilize self-service components, workflows, standardized paths, catalogs, services, and actions.
What you bring along:
- 7 + years of commercial experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline management;
- Extensive expertise in cloud infrastructure, specifically with Azure and AWS;
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for front-end development;
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools;
- Experience in designing and implementing APIs;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team;
- Adaptable and quick to embrace change and growth as our organization scales;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
This is your mission:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, working collaboratively with the product team to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers;
- Automating SDLC utilizing modern tools and approaches;
- Engage in the entire product lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of both new and existing features;
- Participate in code reviews and refactoring initiatives;
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance and optimize user interfaces across our product suite;
- Collaborate closely with other engineers and architects as an integral cross-functional team member to gather requirements and implement solutions.
