We are looking for an IT Analyst for a project in the banking industry. It is very important that we have strong tools and processes to meet regulatory requirements. The solution is driven by regulatory requirements imposed on the company and we are looking for a replacement for the current solution that is reaching the end of life.
This is your mission
- Gathering of requirements
- Defining and formulating business requirements into practical specifications for the teams
- Working with stakeholders in order to understand business needs
- Conducting analysis meetings
- Preparation and maintenance of the backlog
- Creating project documentation, diagrams, reports etc.
What you bring along
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
- Strong ownership demonstrated with a successful track over previous assignments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a bridge between Business and IT
- Very good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
- Excellent communication in English
Nice to have
- Banking experience
- Practical knowledge of UML, CASE tools (Enterprise Architect welcome)
